A
friend riding in the Crew Seat can be a big help to a driver. If you're
in the crew seat, you can use the dashboard instruments and track views
to give the driver essential information-the kind of information that
will help your team get ahead and stay ahead. When you're riding in the Crew Seat, you're an extra set of eyes and ears throughout the race. You'll keep a watch for other racers both out on the track and on the dashboard Crew Seat display. But the Crew Seat display gives you more info than just what cars are nearby. You can select different views to see where your car is in relation to other cars and check your own and your competitors' stats during the race. Check out the illustration below for a more detailed look at the Crew Seat display options and functions. The Grandstands |

The
Grandstands lets your family and friends become an extension of the racing
crew. Team members in the Grandstands have a display, just like the Crew
Seat display in the car. The Grandstand fans can virtually ride along
with the car, check out stats, find your places in the standings and spy
on your competitors, just they're not in the car with you. |
