NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Promotion begins 4/22/05 and ends 6/20/05. Entrant need not be present for drawing to be selected as a winner. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the US except in the following states of NY, FL, RI, HI and AK where this promotion is void and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of the Gibson Guitar Company, NASCAR Inc., Interactive Motorsports Corp. (Perfect Line, Inc.), their affiliates, subsidiaries, revenue share partners, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their families (persons living within their households) are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO PLAY: Visit any participating NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway location, complete the Official Entry Form and drop it into the entry box provided. Limit one entry per person per location per day.
PRIZE: (1) One new Les Paul Gibson Guitar, autographed by Richard Petty, Bobby Labonte, Kasey Kahne and Rusty Wallace, will be awarded at each participating store location. . Total number of guitars to be awarded in this promotion: 13. Each guitar has an approximate retail value (ARV) of: $5,000. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this promotion: $65,000. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNING: A drawing will be held at each participating location at approximately 3:00 p.m. on June 24, 2005. If unable to attend the prize drawing, winners will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing within 48 hours of notification. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected..
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each participating location. One prize per person/family/household.
GENERAL RULES: Void in NY, FL, RI, HI, AK and wherever else prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsors, Gibson, NASCAR Inc., their respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and revenue share partners harmless against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of the use of they prize. Winners assume all liability for injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By participating in this promotion any participants, guest and/or winners understand that NASCAR Inc., its employees, subsidiaries, agents, and affiliates are fully indemnified parties. NASCAR Inc. is not a sponsor of this promotion.
