William R. Donaldson
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Donaldson has been a major influence in the international racing industry for over 23 years. He served as the Executive Vice President of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS, the largest spectator stadium in the world), and concurrently served as President of IMS subsidiaries, IMS Properties and IMS Events. At IMS, he was on the executive management team that initiated such events as the NASCAR Brickyard 400, Indy FanFest, the Senior PGA Tournament held at Brickyard Crossing, the Indy 200 at Walt Disney World, and the launch of the Indy Racing League. After forming his own company in 1997, he managed the Inaugural NASCAR Winston Cup event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and he managed the launch of the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, and the American and European Le Mans Series. He has extensive experience with domestic and international television broadcasting.

Philip E. Langholz
Vice President & Director of Stores

Phil Langholz has over 25 years experience in retail management. His resume includes positions as Director of Stores for a 150 store clothing chain, Operations Manager directing the design and construction of stores and warehouse facilities, and Merchandise Buyer. Phil has a BA from Capital University in Columbus, OH, and began his career with Sycamore Stores - a division of Associated Dry Goods.
