Company
Overview
NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway Racing Centers consist of eight to fourteen
racecar simulators that are 80 percent of the size of an actual NASCAR
racecar with many of the same colors and sponsor logos found in NASCAR.
With over $30 million invested in simulators and the most sophisticated
proprietary racing simulator technology in the world, NASCAR Silicon Motor
Speedways offer fans the ability to drive a race car at popular NASCAR
tracks such as Daytona, Richmond,
Lowe's, Atlanta,
Bristol and Indianapolis
Motor Speedway. This most realistic racecar driving experience has
been made possible because of licensing
agreements with NASCAR, International Speedway Corporation, Speedway
Motorsports, Inc, and many of the most popular NASCAR teams and drivers.
4-Time
NASCAR Winston Cup Champion and NASCAR NEXTEL Series driver, Jeff
Gordon (whose best lap time so far is 29.6 seconds on Lowe's Motor
Speedway, while visiting a New York racing center) calls racing our simulators
"The
most realistic racing experience next to being behind the wheel of my
number 24."
Speeds of up to 225 MPH are made possible by proprietary and sophisticated
custom networking of 1,000 computers over super fast data networks at
our Racing Centers.
Over 170 million people frequent the malls where our 12 Racing Centers
are located. Our show car displays at each Racing Center attract more
than 8.5 million to stop and look at the racecar. We convert over 1 million
of the patrons into our customers. These patronage numbers make NASCAR
Silicon Motor Speedway the largest retail entertainment and merchandising
center of its kind in the world. Over 70,000 sq. ft. of prime retail space
in high traffic, high profile locations gives us a unique opportunity
to sell the latest officially licensed NASCAR
driver and team merchandise.
There are currently nine Racing Centers
located throughout the country. NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway Racing Centers
are currently located near Atlanta,
Minneapolis, Chicago,
Los Angeles, Houston,
Charlotte, Birmingham,
Nashville,
and West Nyack, NY.
For the first time in company history, we've reached
outside our own racing centers with an agreement between NASCAR Silicon
Motor Speedway and Burroughs & Chapin Company for the installation
of 11 proprietary simulators at the NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky
Mountains and the Myrtle Beach
Pavilion Amusement Park's Ocean Front Arcade.
In addition, the Company is also installing 6 simulators at the NASCAR
SpeedPark location in St. Louis, MO.
The
Company has also entered into a revenue share agreement with Checker
Flag Lightning of Grandville, Michigan, one of West Michigan's premier
retailers of officially licensed NASCAR racing apparel, souvenirs and
collectables, creating an 8-car simulator site at RiverTown
Crossings.
More
exciting additions to our growing revenue share locations includes the
installation
of 4 racing simulators at Cowboy Pizza in Monterey,
California's famed Cannery Row, one of the most popular tourist destinations
in northern California.
The
Company is also geared up for the installation of 8 racing simulators
in Burdick Driver's
Village, creating
a new revenue share location in Syracuse,
NY. These simulators are scheduled to be operational Spring of 2004,
adding to Burdick's
already unique atmosphere.
In
response to the increased interest in the Company's full motion racing
simulators, the Company has formed a new subsidiary, Race
Car Simulators, Inc. that deals in manufacturing and sales of auto
racing simulators for both the domestic and international markets as well
as revenue share information.
